2. Click on items you wish to buy.
3. Put them in your Rugby Plus… Shopping Basket.
4. Follow the payment instructions.

Tax/VAT
All unit costs are UK costs and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). If shipping outside the UK or the EC countries, VAT is not applicable. To see the costs ex VAT, please select the appropriate shipping zone on the shopping basket and press recalculate.

Security
Delivery
Once we have received and processed your order, we will try to dispatch your goods as soon as we can. However, because we cannot ensure permanent availability of all products, we are unable to provide our customers with specific delivery dates. Delivery of any goods will be by Courier or post depending on the size and nature of the goods to be supplied. If delivery, due to re-ordering or similar, is delayed beyond 30 days, we will notify you that this is the case and you will have the option to cancel your order if the delay is unacceptable. A full refund will be given.
Packing, Postage and Delivery Charges
* In UK -£2.50 for any number of items
* EC - £5.00 for first item and £1.50 per each additional item
* Rest of the World - £10.00 for first item and £4.50 per each additional item.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for exchange or refund. A full refund will be given only if the following conditions are met:-
1. The item is returned within 10 days after receipt.
2. The item must be in its original packaging (where applicable) and must be suitable for re-sale. NB: Returned video tapes will only be accepted if the tape wrapping has remained intact.
