Rugby Plus…going strong after 9 years – 3 shops, a website, e-bay site and presence on Amazon. We supply over 60 clubs in Scotland alone. Preferred supplier to several schools and corporate supplier to quite a few major companies…and watch this space, there is more to come.
As a real rugby fanatic – I enjoy watching all levels of the game, from mini rugby at the local clubs to now having a fantastic time a 3 World Cup finals – I am about to return to club coaching after not having had a single season off! My playing days go back to playing alongside some of the greats – Gordon Brown (Broon frae Troon) and Ian McLachen (Mighty Mouse) to name two fantastic British Lions.

I’m Sarah, the newest addition to the team at Stirling.
I have just graduated at Stirling University with a degree in Sports Studies. My passion for rugby started from an early age, back in the heart of rugby league country. It didn’t take long for me to push athletics to one side in favour of something a bit meatier. Since then, I have been fortunate enough to travel to New Zealand, Dubai and Amsterdam playing for Great Britain Women’s Rugby League Team and the Scottish Invitational Sevens’ Team: Rugby Ecosse, respectively. I have more recently turned my attention to establishing a Stirling County Women’s Team.
I’m hoping to keep the boys in line and get them cleaning up after themselves. I’m here to answer any questions and make shopping for new kit a bit easier. I hope to see you soon!

My name is Alan Auld and I am the new Teamwear Manager here at Rugby Plus… Have some big shoes to fill as Sam Parlanes successor though I am up for the challenge. Once I graduated from Stirling University in November I started my working life in Rugby Plus… as assistant to Andy in Stirling store and have progressed into the job I am in just now.
With both my parents PE teachers I took to all sports and you would almost always find me with a ball of some sort under my arm and up to my pits in mud. I followed in my fathers footsteps and played my rugby at Clarkston (the original name for GHA) before moving through to Stirling to study Criminology. After a brief stint with Grangemouth I joined Stirling County and i currently enjoy playing with and against some of best talent in the country. As a winger, I took up sprinting and represented my club, school, district and region in atheletic meetings across the UK.
